Thanksgiving weekend

I love going home for the weekend. I come back feeling more relaxed.

Thanksgiving was fun. I love seeing my family. We always have a good time. We got to my parents house on Saturday pretty early and started making apetizers. We were all in charge of bringing something and Mike is practically the best cook on the face of the planet, so I got to sit back and do nothing. Mike made wings with the greatest cranberry sauce any of us have ever had, along with these little edible cup things filled with stuff. Tasty. They actually didn't last long at all. My family isn't planning on getting rid of Mike anytime soon!

The horrible part is that my uncle and his girlfriend were sick and couldn't come, my cousin and his wife couldn't come, Mike slept through dinner, and my aunt got in a car wreck on the way to dinner. I got made fun of for drinking vodka though. I guess that is better than drinking a bottle and half of wine like I managed to do last Thanksgiving.

My Grandmother required all of us to show up with a photo album so we could look at funny pictures of all of us. I will get my hands on some and figure out how to put them on here.

I did find something amazing in the metropolis of Albion, Idaho though; hazelnut Rogue beer. I am a beer enthusiast, and I had no idea that Rogue made a hazelnut beer! I almost cried I was so excited.
